Birnie House Heritage Restoration

This project restores a Vancouver heritage house to its original street facade. The craftsman style house was one of many built by Cook & Hawkins in Kitsilano during the inter-war period. The restoration of this house is intended to make it possible to gain a relaxation that allows the construction of a new, stratifiable rear yard infill house.
