Trutch Rear Yard Infill House

This infill laneway house is planned for a two-family zone in Vancouver, BC. The design is intention is for the house to be a contemporary take on a historical building, the Pratt & Gordon Real Estate office, that occupied the lot years ago (see historical photo at left).

This infill was made possible by a relaxation given as a result of restoring a heritage house.
